Share your expertise. Expand your network. Help ambitious businesses scale across borders and unlock international growth.
About the program
Backed by QIC
The Global Growth Accelerator is a transformative program designed to equip high-potential businesses with the knowledge, connections, and confidence to enter and thrive in international markets.
Each year, we are recruiting 20 ambitious, growth-ready B2B tech companies to accelerate their expansion plans to the UK and the US. Mentors are the backbone of this program, bringing real-world expertise that no classroom can replicate.

Support the innovation ecosystem
By lending your expertise, you're investing directly in Australia's entrepreneurial community, opening doors that benefit not just individual companies, but the broader innovation ecosystem.
Meet high-potential companies
Gain exclusive access to a curated cohort of ambitious, growth-ready Australian businesses before they break into international markets.
Alumni of our programs have gone on to raise over $210M since participating, across 51 companies.

Who are we looking for?
Hard-won experience, not theory
We’re looking for three types of exceptional people. If you recognise yourself in any of these, we want to hear from you.
Been there, done it
You've personally led or played a significant role in taking a company into international markets. You know what it actually takes: the missteps, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.
Domain expertise
You have specialist knowledge of how a specific industry or sector operates in Australia, the US or UK. You understand the procurement cycles, the gatekeepers, the regulations, and the unwritten rules.
Connectors & enablers
You bring an extensive network of investors, partners, distributors, or channel relationships in the US or UK markets. You can open doors that would otherwise take years to find.
Register
Register your interest as a mentor
Mentoring on the Global Growth Accelerator works around you. You decide how much time you can offer, whether that’s a couple of hours a month or a more hands-on commitment.
Before the program begins, you’ll receive a full summary of the incoming cohort, giving you the opportunity to choose the companies you’d like to work with based on your interests, experience, and availability. No surprises, no pressure, just meaningful connections on your terms. Tell us about yourself and we’ll be in touch.
